Emotional Freedom Technique.
Did you know that you have energy constantly flowing around your body?
This energy flows along channels called Meridian Lines.
Did you also know that a block or disruption in this energy system can cause a negative emotion, i.e. the negative thoughts you are getting about your problem?
E.F.T. is a form of emotional and psychological acupressure, which involves the client performing a simple tapping routine (on certain points on their body), whilst by using their own words, tuning into their particular problem.
This tapping routine touches on all of the meridian lines, stimulating and unblocking their energy system, therefore bringing about relief from the problem.
E.F.T is a gentle method of healing which does not attempt to change the memory, just the way the client feels about it.
